Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through www.neurozen.co. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
Neurozen® aims to present all product information, pricing and imagery accurately and clearly. Colours, packaging and formulations may vary slightly.
Neurozen® is a dietary supplement and not a medical product. It is intended to support focus and mental clarity and does not replace medical advice, treatment or a balanced lifestyle.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via the available payment methods on the website. Orders are dispatched once payment has been successfully completed.
4. Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 22:00 CET are shipped the same day. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is one business day.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified by email. Neurozen® is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, customs procedures or international delivery services.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unopened, unused and undamaged. Returns must be registered in advance by contacting info@neurozen.co.
Opened or used products cannot be returned under the legal right of withdrawal due to hygiene and safety regulations.
After the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are issued within five business days to the original payment method.
6. Guarantee and Liability
Neurozen® guarantees that its products meet standard quality requirements. The customer is responsible for correct use in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
Neurozen® is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use, allergic reactions or failure to follow instructions. Do not use the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding or when taking medication without consulting a qualified medical professional.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for order fulfilment, customer service and service optimisation. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond the control of Neurozen®, including but not limited to disruptions, delays, force majeure events or government measures, obligations may be temporarily suspended.
9. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
