Shipping and Delivery
1. Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed with care and efficiency.
Orders placed on business days before 22:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

4. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL and international logistics partners.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid delays.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide instructions for pickup or a new delivery attempt.
5. Delayed Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times.
If your package is delayed, you will receive an update by email as soon as additional information becomes available.
6. Missing Order
If a domestic order has not arrived after three business days, or if an international order exceeds its estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@neurozen.co and include your order number so we can investigate promptly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Order
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neurozen.co, including a clear photo of the product and the shipping box.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
