Returns and Guarantee Policy
At Neurozen®, we operate according to global standards of quality and customer care. The information below explains our return options and guarantees in a clear and transparent manner.
1. EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. After submitting a withdrawal request, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
This right applies only to products that are unopened, sealed and undamaged, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations.
2. Neurozen® 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If Neurozen® does not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery, you may contact us at info@neurozen.co and our team will assist you.
This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is separate from statutory EU consumer rights and allows the return of opened products. The guarantee can be used once per customer, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return Requirements
For EU right of withdrawal returns:
Products must be unopened, sealed and undamaged. The return request must be submitted within the 14-day legal period.
For the 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
Opened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. This option is limited to one use per customer.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@neurozen.co and include your name, order number and whether the request concerns an EU withdrawal return or the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Return instructions will be provided within 24 business hours.
5. Refund Processing
After the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within five business days and issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
